Holding a PhD in public or clinical nutrition and having experience in the field of gastrointestinal microbiology, join us for 24 months.
You will be in a dynamic team exploring new strategies to fight malnutrition by harnessing the potential of food and intestinal microorganisms. Through collaborations with partners in Africa, Asia, and France, you will contribute to the implementation of concrete solutions. You will participate in the characterization of fecal microbiota from poorly documented geographic, cultural, and socioeconomic environments, and in the development of mechanistic approaches using microorganisms to prevent B vitamin deficiencies.
