PIMENTO at the 7th edition of the International Foodomics Conference

PIMENTO community will be present 7th edition of the International Foodomics Conference, which will be held in Cesena (Italy) from 14 to 16 February 2024 with a poster on the project activities.

Foodomics is “the scientific forum where academic and industrial scientists involved in food and nutrition research will discuss about the most recent advances in the omics approach”.

Multi-omics approaches are valuable for understanding how microbial communities during fermentations shape the quality and safety of fermented products.
