Survey on the bottlenecks for innovation in the field of fermented foods and starters

PIMENTO is launching a large survey dedicated to companies and the private sector in the field of fermented foods in order to identify their bottlenecks for innovation in the field of fermented foods and starters. The objective is to use the data from this survey to write a scientific opinion paper to inform the community of these needs.
