Tugce Bulmus Tuccar, PIMENTO member, received a TÜBİTAK grant on fermented dairy products

Tugce Bulmus Tuccar, an active member of Working Group 3 of the COST Action CA20128 – PIMENTO, has been awarded funding through the 2515 – COST Action Members R&D Support Program of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK). The funded project aims to identify biomarkers of fermented dairy consumption and to evaluate potential health effects by analyzing microbial metabolites using omics and microbiome approaches. This multidisciplinary project will be conducted in Türkiye, in collaboration with Agroscope and the University of Copenhagen
