Monday 26th September the project WG4 will start its annual meeting in Milan with an open session (10:30-16:00 CET) that everybody can join online.
The title of the open session is “PIMENTO meets industry: bottlenecks of innovation in fermented foods”.
In this session we will meet associations and industries active in the field of fermented foods in order to discuss what are the bottlenecks that limit (or might be limiting in the future) the innovation in fermented foods.
