A whole session is organized by WG4 at the opportunity of the 2nd Forum on Fermented Foods (2FFF) including presentation of questionnaire analysis, round table on innovation in fermented foods, innovation award.
During the FF forum WG4 organized a round table on innovation in fermented foods and used the opportunity of the large attendance to interact with the room through a questionnaire as to narrow what would be the expectation from the scientific and industry community on the objectives and potential activities of an EU fermented food cluster and on the type of activities, actions that the cluster should not be involved in in their opinion. Providing a first picture of the needs a EU cluster should tackle to be refined through more interactions with industry as the FF forum gathered a majority of academics.
Follow up questionnaire to the industry representatives having participated in the survey on boosters and hurdles to innovation – Third Quarter 2025.
The questionnaire submitted to the attendance during the FF Forum in Malaga was converted into an online questionnaire to be disseminated to the industry representative who have joined the PIMENTO network by answering the survey on Boosters and Hurdles to innovation in FF foods. This with the objective to obtain the complementary vision of the industry on the proposals emerging from academia.
